they took 7 hours just to get me the information on my daughter health. we sat in waiting for 2 hours. came back to a room and waiting other 2 hours before anyone came see her. then it took 2 hours just get xray done. and still was waiting on the doctor. plus I had a teen at home that has eat since got home from school. and get ready for work. so if you like snail pace come to seguin. I am done with this place

When they have bigots like Kenneth schronk spewing trans and homophobia so publicly I question the business. It only takes one . Seeing others posted about it and were blocked and had comments removed. I’m happy to point it out and share screen shots of his vile comments.

Taken to ED on 4/22 by ambulance after having had a minor incident. After telling nursing staff that I myself was an RN, the two nurses caring for me were patronizing and ER tech was main caregiver and more professional. Nursing care was brief and cold.

I do not recommend this place because every single time I go there they gave me the same nonsense. they told me that I had the same symptoms I had the last time I went there about a month and a half to 2 months ago. they gave me three different prescriptson and it was totally different from the prescriptions I got last time. But at least I did have it last time because I couldn't breathe and my lungs were hurting. but this time I feel fine. they don't actually do anything to treat their patience. The worsts hospital, sat for a little over 2 hours in pain, was told there wasn’t a provider assigned to me yet and then they decided after I’d already been sitting there so long to put a c collar on me for my neck pain. No one cared and you could hear continuous chatting and laughter. I wasn’t seen by anyone besides a triage nurse, so I got up and walked out. ER staff had me walking everywhere on what they suspected was a sprained ankle that really turned out to be a fractured ankle. Hate this hospital, as they always treat me as drug seeking, when I come into the ER. They always send me home telling me they see nothing on films, and to follow up with my pcp. Follow ups always find them to have been wrong in every case. Once was forgotten in a hospital ER room for 4 hours. Today I went with me and my son my son was sick I was sick we got no help at all I had insurance for the both of us and We never got the help we needed they never tested us for COVID are stripped through our checked our ears are anything or even our fever if we had some we were just given notes oh I let them there but to go find docthere's a scent on our way I have never had a hospital not at least check your ears are your throat nothing and it was 2 people me and my son with insurance I don't want my insurance paying for my... read more
