I can’t even wrap my head around how this Emergency Room can have a 4.2 rating. I brought my son in at 8:30pm and it’s now 11:00pm and we still have not seen the doctor. There are Bill Miller cups left in the waiting area with discarded napkins on the ground. People coughing, sneezing and sick in general but I haven’t seen a single staff member wipe down any surface at all, much less areas that are frequently touched in the nearly 3 hours I’ve been here. Took my Sister in Thursday they did nothing to help her, so she had to go to another Er clinic turned out she had a bacterial infection, E. Coli it’s doesn’t take a brain surgeon to diagnosis a bacteria if you have severe stomach craps and heavy diarrhea! All this hospital did was draw blood and take a Urine sample, no wonder they missed her infection none of their test ordered would have show up a bacterial infection which is contagious depending on the strain! it was very painful with major diarrhea, all it would have tak... read more

Absolutely positively the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came in with a sinus infection making my left eye hurts so bad I couldn’t stand it, and I left the same way staff is rude OK in an unfriendly that’s not the way it supposed to be when you’re paying somebody for a service.

Yesterday I went in with strep throat and I knew what it was. I told them what it was and I was treated and released. The staff was nice but I saw a nurse practitioner and she was great, but they didn’t know I was a recovering drug addict. I have been treated like a Lepper in the past and sent home not stabilized because of my addiction. They didn’t care if I lived or died and they made it clear what they thought of me. If only I was perfect as those Dr. and Nurses that I could judge.

every time I've gone to the ER there has been an instance where Ive had to basically tell them how to care for me.

I do not recommend Dr. Beste. A routine surgery turned into a nightmare because of her lack of care and incompetence. Refusing to come in when on call caused an appendix to rupture. She was still adamant that a ruptured appendix was no worse than it not rupturing. Her lack of professionalism and incompetence lead to an extended stay in the hospital and made something relatively simple instead life-threatening.

worst experience with the staff from the doctor down to both nurses on duty for the over night of 4/19/2021 to the.morning of 4/21/21 in the ER...Sister comes in with excruciating pain from her lefr hip shootig all the way to her toes. She was crying, screaming and in a fetal position. Not one lab test done, not one imaging test done. no physcal exam by nursing or staff. Was there 4 hours, 1 hour to even be put in a room another 45 mins before a nurse or dr ever stepped in the room. spent 2 minutes gave small shot of morphin... read more
