Much better customer service at check in. The female tech at front desk is extremely rude and seemingly non caring. Nurse in ED, once I finall got back there was incredibly rude and it went downhill from there. I've been to your hospital quite a few times and have never been treated so badly in my life! I will not choose your hospital, ever again, I will go out of town where the staff actually cares about people
Did nothing to help make me feel better or fix the issue I am having.
Death Valley!! Go somewhere else please. Worst place to go. Take the drive and go to New Braunfels or San Marcos. This place is a joke
I had to make a wasted trip to the hospital because somebody in the lab can't read blood work
Terrible service waited in a room for 3 hours. No one came in to tell me why the wait until my wife walked out of the room and a nurse asked what she wanted and she stated we are very busy.
RecommendedNormally we have been very satisfied. However, a trip yesterday was very disappointing. 88-year-old man with cancer diabetes Parkinson’s , COPD and COVID positive was taken to the ER for evaluation and observation. Very weak, cognition greatly declined unable to walk. Lab work performed as well as urine specimen. Released back home within four hours with no treatment. He had to be assisted by three nurses into the vehicle to go back home. Not a satisfying experience yesterday.
Horrible check in, horrible treatment prior to check in. Arrogant charge nurse. I thought they were gonna kill me or let me die there.

I ran out of insulin after the pharmacy closed. I had to go to the emergency room for some insulin because I was completely out. I was there for two hours just to get 10 units of insulin, and no more. They wouldn’t send me home w/ any insulin. Let alone, 10 units of insulin is barley enough for one meal. Keep in mind I still haven’t had dinner so what was I supposed to do? Not eat? No, I don’t think so. Don’t waste your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Son went in with severe headache nausea and diarrhea they did blood work and said oh it's just a migraine from looking at a screen to long 🙄 took him to resolute in new Braunfels ended up having covid seguin didn't even take the time to test for covid just automatically assumed it was from a screen since he's a teenager 🤬
