MY IS AUTISTIC KID WAS IN AN ACCIDENT N I GUESS CAUSE HE LAUGHS WHEN IN PAIN HE WASNT RUSHED TO HOSPITAL WITH DRIVER SO WHEN I ARRIVED I TOOK HIM TO THIS HOSPITAL N THEY STILL DIDNT DO ANY TEST,CATSCANS, BLOOD WORK AND HONESTLY FOR ME HOW THIS WHOLE SITUATION WAS TREATED TOO LIGHTLY AS HIS MOTHER TOO SEE THIS UPSETTED ME

NEEDS COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS COMING IN NURSE PRACTITIONER WAS RUDE AND WALKED OUT AS I WAS TALKING DINT LET ME FINISH SO DONT BOTHER SENDING ME A BILL BECAUSE I WALKED OUT BEFORE I WAS EVEN SEEN!! Samples were send to do some test and it is 8 months now and No reports as yet
I went in for bad chest pains .headache..and not able to hold food down..for the last 3 days..i am already diagnosed with angina(heart condition)..they had me in er waiting room for 3 hrs..not checking on me or anything..i went to desk for tylenol..never got that or even a yes or no on it..guy behind counter totally dismissed me..after 3 1/2 hr wait. i asked another lady if sje was waiting to go back she says yea for 4 hrs..seriously wat kind of medical treatment is this?? Took my son in Jan. 21 at 9 p.m. had gotten chemical in eye. Dr that asst. informed us he did not had an abrasion. They ended up flushing out eye which soaked his whole shirt. I had to ask for warm blankets due to the fact my son was freezing because he had to take shirt from being soaked. prescribed us meds and sent us on our way. After 12hrs of pain. I took him to Dr. Albright office in New Braunfels. He confirmed he did have a Big deep abrasion. Now its a waiting game and has to be seen everyday w/Dr. Albright to see if h... read more
