Get directionsSeguin Guadalupe Regional Medical Center is only of the most ignorant hospitals I've ever been to and the most unhelpful people/doctors ever but yet they are rated one of the top hospitals I think they need to rethink that because they suck I would rather die on my way to ANY other hospital then to go there

I had a bad experience at GRMC because I went in with so much abdominal pain like I was getting stabbed just stomache burning throbbing because I have personal health conditions so I was seen by DR ROTTS which did blood work and my pancreas lapace was at 710 he sent me home when I told him I couldnt keep anything down and nauseous which my health condition is inherited and he knew but sent me home anyways with Tylenol codeine and gave me a narcotic as I was seen that day 2 hours later I returned very discomfort in so much pa... read more

First of all my mom had some surgery done on her left leg for circulation.. They gave her her meds to make her doze off then took her ro restroom eft her their then i went to get her from restroom and as soon as she got close to her bed she went head first she blacked out thank good she was by her bed... Then after surgery so she can get ready to fo home the nurse left her in the restroom again and just left.. i took her out again and got her dressed.. Can't seem to attend patients at night on time in the ER ,even if they are not busy my daughter has been there since 8:30 4 hours and still no Dr ! What's going on??

Over all everyone was real nice and answered my question really well...The registration personnel could of been a little more "people friendly"...Your having a bad day, fine but keep that out of the work place....Put on that fake smile if you have to...Your problems are not my problems, I am already stressed about my own procedure so I do not want to deal with your rolling of the eyes when I am not sure about how to answer some of your questions during registration...I was not just a walk in, I made this 3 pm December appoin... read more

They may rebuild their reputation if they would look in to ER dr's releasing patients before they should be. Accepting if they can't handle a case go ahead and transport a patient to a hospital that can. This has happened to children in my daycare to many times to count! Now this happened to my grand-baby yesterday. Rushed him to New Braunfels immediately transported to north east baptist by ambulance ! Was diagnosed with rsv in Seguin. But of course large bill but not even a nebulizer prescribed! I am done with this hospi... read more
