The medical staff are there just to draw a paycheck. They are incompetent, and the hospital excepts that. In 2012, 2 back surgeries which resulted in a Strep infection and Ecoli, and barely survived. In 2015, my son went in for abdominal pain, which they stated was mild constipation and released him, to a 3 wk stay at Dells Children's Hospital and a diagnosis of Krones disease. On the upside, hey this is the closest hospital where we live.

I had a bad experience yesterday. I was having an ultrasound done on my kidneys and the girl in the office didn't let the tech know I was there. I sat there over an hour having to empty my bladder but had to hold it for the test. I even asked why it was taking so long. Needless to say I wasn't a happy person

The nursing staff in Labor and Delivery are phenomenal. Very attentive, very helpful, incredibly understanding and kind. They genuinely seem to love their job. However, with that being said there is always that 1 bad apple that puts a nasty taste in your mouth. There is one that has an attitude you experience when you first get there. She gets you registered when you arrive. Please, do not judge the rest based on her conduct. Incredibly unprofessional and rude, she does not fit the mold. I feel like I was treated with the up most care and and kindness there is. Couldn't ask for better treatment. Thanks to nurses any Drs. Would not be afraid to return if nec.

If I ever have a serious problem again, I don't care if I'm dying, I'm driving all the way to #Resolute in #NewBraunfels!! I'm done being mistreated & neglected by these people.

Will be contacting the charge nurse or director for releasing my husband yesterday under the conditions he was in and transported by ambulance brought him to a hospital in town and guess what was is being well taken care of and is being admitted..
