My wife and I worked with Barb on a loan for our first home. Barb very thoroughly walked us through the entire process and was always quick to answer our questions. Even after our loan closed, she answered further questions that came up later. Rates seemed commensurate with other lenders we talked to, and she was so much easier to work with than the competition!
I recommend it eyes closed, I was with another lender and at the last moment I changed with heivy, he did the paperwork quickly, he informed me of everything, he never bothered with the frequent questions that I asked, he is always kind, and he got extraordinary prices better than with The previous lender with whom I was going to buy the house, and aside from the purchase and with all the deal closed, he continues answering my questions and my doubts always kindly.
