Souad was a delight. She made a very difficult process easy. She was extremely knowledgeable. She was very dedicated to helping and making sure I understood every step of the process. She helped to achieve and overcome everything that stood in the way. It was a long process for us but Souad made sure we were comfortable and kept herself reachable.
