I started with a different loan company when I started the contract on my now home, the closing date was set 3 months out due to seller needing flexibility, fast forward to one week before closing I hadn’t gotten a CTC from my loan officer and he was asking for an extension! When I first spoke with Nick I was in the middle of a disaster of a home purchase and he took the time to walk me through what was going on and actually tried to help me through the situation.
