Bob was overall a great lender. He worked fast and got back with my realtor with what he needed. I would say communication can definitely be better. I felt out of the loop a lot or like I was awaiting an update. Didn’t answer calls and thought closing was 3 days earlier because of what myloans was telling me rather than what it really was.
Corey didn't waste any time getting to meat of my needs, he and his team worked quickly and efficiently, and there were no hiccups along the way whatsoever. They were responsive and timely, and I never felt like there were going to be looming issues for which they hadn't prepared. My previous experience buying a home with a different lender was fraught and filled with uncertainty and last-second requests - this was completely different. It felt like everything was under control and moving along as intended. It was very easy.
