We worked with Tom on a recommendation from another client of his and we're so glad we listened. Tom was incredibly friendly and amiable and was always there to answer any of our (many!) questions. Tom gets back to you very quickly with any questions that arise during the process and checks in consistently to see how things are going. With rising interest rates, every day was a new "ceiling" for us in terms of what we could afford. Tom understood this and kept us up to date daily. I cannot recommend working with Tom more.

My husband and I were quite satisfied with the lending experience with our lender. She was knowledgeable and so experienced in lending. She guided us through the lending options and recommended the most reasonable one that matched our situation. She educated us whenever we had questions. So, we truly felt we were part of the process, pulling it together towards the settlement date. Being able to reach her and her office by email and phone for texting made the transaction a guaranteed success.

Teresa is absolutely amazing! She is the friendly and knowledgeable advisor that you need to guide you through the mortgage process. We were first connected with Teresa through our realtor because we needed a pre-qualification letter in a hurry in order to submit an offer on a property. Wow words can’t describe how hard Ross worked to get us situated. Thankful that his determination secured us our loan; even when we were hit with hardship. Mike and his team were AMAZING. His team always responded to me in a timely manner. He gave me an excel sheet that broke down my monthly costs and estimate the total amount of out of pocket expenses for closing for EACH of the property I was interested in.
