Martin is very knowledgeable about the home refinancing process, but he is very good about explaining everything involved in a clear and concise method. Martin kept me informed on how the refinancing was going at all times. When an appraisal came in with an extremely low value Martin took charge and made sure that a new appraisal was ordered at Guaranteed Rate’s expense. I am extremely happy with Martin’s service and highly recommend him to anyone.

Dan and his team were so great to work with! They got back to us on all of our questions very quickly ( even on the weekends) and helped calm our nerves and anxieties as first time home buyers.
