Ryan was absolutely amazing. It was our first time buying a home and the terminology and financial wording can get overwhelming at times. He did a fantastic job of slowing it down for us to better understand, and answering all my questions, even if I ended up asking them three times. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and got back to us promptly when we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend Ryan as he was an absolute pleasure to work with! David was there for every step of the process. He would reach out to touch base and make sure everything was going smoothly and that the proper information was submitted on time. Don’t know what I can say to truly describe how great this process was. Jon is a a family guy, patient, understanding, and VERY knowledgeable.
