We've been through the mortgage and refinance process three times now, and our mortgage with Guaranteed Rate was by far the fastest and smoothest. We were preapproved on the same day, and then provided a complete list of exactly what we needed to secure the loan itself, without having to scramble to supply last-minute documents. The team was also extremely responsive to any questions we had.
She made the home buying process very smooth. She went above and beyond for everything and always provides great advices. She responds to my phone calls and emails promptly even during her vacation. She cares about his customers and always think for the sake of the customers.
