Petya and her team are amazing. Petya responds to email, calls and texts so promptly, providing us with clear answers to every question that we had. Any concern I had, she put to ease because she KNOWS her stuff! Petya went above and beyond to help us with our VA loan and I can't imagine our home purchase being successful without her. We will definitely refer all of our friends and family to her in the future and if we are in a position to purchase again, she will be our first call.
April was completely amazing. Joe was the best part of our home buying process. We had a nightmare purchase. Our sellers were not motivated to move the process forward, and there was no transparency from their side. Through it all, Joe was the only person able to get us answers. Joe walked us through each step of the buying journey, and went above and beyond to get us answers. If it wasn't for Joe, we never would have closed.
Great working with the Jason Bialek Team for a recent condo purchase. Joseph and his team (Kim, Kara, and Heather) were great to work with! The process of purchasing a home is crazy and stressful, and they were with us ever step of the way to answer questions and resolve issues IMMEDIATELY. They were very responsive throughout the entire process and we were never left wondering where things stood. We were told by other lenders that the VA loan process can be more difficult and lengthy, but Joseph handled everything in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend.
Brian was thorough and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. He did a great job following up on things and fully explaining things I was having trouble understanding. I felt the process was as easy as it could be.
