Joseph Jones is awesome at what he does! We were referred by the development people and our realtor who both had great things to say about Mr. Jones at Guaranteed Rate. His staff of people made a difficult process seem smooth. With great communication throughout: e-mail, text, or phone call…. We were living in VA, and again his team was readily accessible! This is our forever home; but, given another opportunity to purchase a new home, I personally would use/ recommend Joseph Jones and Guaranteed Rate!!!

John Noldan and his Rate.com team were the absolute best! I originally had a preapproval letter from a major bank and we started home shopping.
