I have worked with Tom for about 15 years on at least 8 different mortgages. Tom offers no cost refinancing and will proactively reach out when rates drop below your existing levels. His team is well organized and highly professional. The process (paperwork, etc) has been streamlined through electronic systems to make getting a mortgage as painless as possible. I highly recommend Tom and his team.

Instead of writing a normal review I am going to just cut and past what I sent Nicole after our house closed. Nicole, I wanted to personally thank you and all your staff (I apologize for likely missing some of your team) for the incredible feat of closing a new loan in 17 days – really 16 days if you end on funding day. Ashley is the best lender there is! As first time homebuyers we were very nervous, and she walked us through the entire process, answering every single question along the way.
