My family and I fell in love with a home we went to see on a whim. Turns out we were able to offer a 14 day close after speaking with John and his team. This in turn was the final piece to secure the offer. We were in fact outbid on the property, but since we were able the quick turn around they ended up accepting our offer. John and Team were able to come through with a clear to close that met our deadline.

Arthur at Guaranteed Rate was amazing, friendly, knowledgable and very easy to work with! Arthur definitely has the experience, knowledge and gets things done! I was going to go with my personal bank but they were too relaxed and not as responsive.
