Mike and his team helped my fiancé and I buy our first house together. They were clear and helpful every step of the of way; making what could have been an incredibly difficult experience, painless. The only issue I would say that we had is that they ran our credit check too soon before closing, so they had to run it once more which did lower our credit score. It cost us a few hundred dollars as well. Even with that, we still had a great experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks Mike and team!

Chris and his team were very easy to work with, were straight and to the point, were there when we needed them, and helped get us closed in 21 days (I believe we were cleared to close 16 days after we made the offer). In addition, Chris offered us an incredible rate. It was pleasure working with Samantha and her team for my refinance! She and team always answered all my email in timely manner. I only had to call her once to verify one thing but all communication was via email. This was my first refinance and getting Loan Estimate from other lender with my score their interest rate and closing cost was higher compare to Loan Cabin interest rate and closing close. I would highly recommend her and Loan Cabin.
I wasn’t sure it was the right time to buy a vacation home with the current market conditions. Teresa gave me the most valuable advice, when she suggested I pay off the mortgage on my primary residence instead of putting down a large down payment. We now own our vacation home near the beach and we’re looking forward to enjoying time with the grandkids.
