I was referred to Stephan and once I got working with him, he was always available and willing to help out. He makes it easy for you to understand the loan and walks you through the process diligently. He was supportive of you and works to get you the best rate possible. The reason my rate turned out higher than I expected was that the property taxes was estimated lower than expected. It didn't surprised me too much. The loan overall was a good experience and would work with Stephen again. Will recommend.
Although I never met Josh, or his team, we communicated through phone calls and email, he and his team were very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Even at the end, when I thought the bank might have sold our information to a marketing firm as we get hit with lots of junk mail, Josh called me the next morning and assured me that it was due to the public filing, that his bank would never do that. Mina was very responsive and made the home loan process so much easier. She is very knowledgeable and helped me find a better loan structure that would cater to me personally. Throughout this whole process, she was always on hand whenever I needed any clarification or any questions.
We closed our loan in record time. This was the best closing we have ever had on a home loan. Lee and his team are very organized and efficient. Forms and documents they needed were easy to upload and submit through their system. Communication was outstanding. If I had any questions they were quickly answered. I got in touch with Drew Frayer through trying to get information on a house that was going up on an auction after discussing my situation with him he done a pre-qualification and I was qualified for a loan to get my home. If it had not been for Drew I'm not sure I would be closing on a house today he put security back into my and my handicapped daughter's life after my ex took everything from us and caused us to move into a awful place to live.
