Tom and his team bend over backwards to accommodate his clients needs. Makes it very easy during the entire process. I’ve been a loyal repeat customer of Tom’s for many years and have one of my kids work with him on her purchase. My husband did contact other lenders to see compare their interest rate as well as the closing cost and even other lenders said Guild Mortgage has better rates. I was also happy that I can buy points to lower the rate and I didn’t have to pay upfront for the cost of buying the point.
