Home buying is one of the biggest life changing decisions one will make and Jack made the loan servicing experience as easy as it can be. The rate we got was better than we expected and every question we had was answered in time by any means (email, text, call). Closing of the house took less than 15 minutes as most of the documents were signed online the day before.
