Loved working with Dianne , she was very helpful in all of it made sure everything was done in time and things were getting sent in as soon as they got them she made sure she called and let me know the news or what needed to be done to proceed never stoped the hard work and always encouraged Us to keep going and not give up , something others won’t do for you ! she’s a very honest and respectful person ! someone you can definitely trust at all times .

Working with Chanania and his team was an amazing experience. They were dedicated to the task at hand and went far beyond my expectations. Ravi and his team were amazing. They were working with us from start to finish. Keeping us informed of any changes, or updates that needed to be made or alerted to. We have both purchased homes and refinanced with Tom. He and his team are incredibly at communicating and being very clear with requests. Everything except for the final signing can be done online. He even sent someone to us for a refinance closing when we were on vacation in order to lock in a rate before it went up! Will absolutely use again and recommend to others.

Had a great experience working with Tom and his team. Was able to turn around a request for a pre-approval letter in less than two hours. Good software makes information transfer very easy. Would definitely recommend.
