We first financed our home purchase with CJ Kerls 18 years ago. Since then, we have refinanced our mortgage several times and it has always been an easy, smooth, and pleasurable experience working with CJ and his team. I highly recommend them for your mortgage needs.
When I say Chanel worked her magic, she did just that! This loan process was extremely tedious, but Chanel NEVER gave up! She told me from the start that my situation would be difficult, but NOT impossible. When I felt like giving up Chanel gave me the reassurance that if I did everything she said I would get my home and she delivered. She deserves far more than 5 stars for her hard work and dedication. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
BNC Home Loans was very easy process due all online process. For every step of the way to my refinancing, they were responsive and their instructions were clear. I was able to do everything online. The final signing of papers was simple, too. Their agent came to my house , and notarized the signatures at the same time. It doesn’t get easier than that! Kudos to the entire BNC team, and a special thanks to Jon Smith who was wonderful to work with.
Gene was extremely responsive and thorough, answered our questions along the way. We closed without any issues, one of the quickest and easiest loan processes I have ever experienced. I will defintely use Gene again in the future.
