Larisa is the ultimate professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and proactive with her communication. We went into escrow on 7/16. We provided her all of the documentation she had requested from us on 7/17. On 7/18 she had our loan submitted to underwriting and on 7/19 it was approved with just 4 simple conditions.
