Jessica truly made my loan happen out of sheer force of will! There were multiple small issues that kept cropping up because of the size of the loan I was taking out. Mine was an incredibly small mortgage that most lenders wouldn’t even worry with, but to me the loan was super important because the investment property was a perfect fit for my needs. The whole process was as painless as I could've imagined. Every step of the way everything was clearly presented and promptly sent. Any question I had was quickly and clearly answered and come time to close I recieved a call to ensure I was ready and had no more questions. Closing went off without a hitch and i never had to worry about status updates on my loan.
