I can not say how easy the loan process was after Chanel took over. A little history.. One of the best decisions I’ve made in my life is working with Chanel and her team. She was patient, available, professional and diligent the entire process. I just knew my closing was going to be over 2 months, NOT AT ALL, not only did I close a day early but I closed within 6 weeks. I contacted nick a year before we got our house! He answered all my questions gave us advice what to do how to do to be able to get the best loan! Very smart knows what his doing and there is no question that he cant give you an answer to! Works hard around the clock!
