I worked mostly with Jamie McCoy and was more than impressed with her responsiveness and helpfulness. It was Jamie that was recommended by my realtor and Jamie is awesome and the main reason I am so happy with the process. I would recommend that you find a standard system to provide documents securely online.
Greta was not the first lender we spoke to. The first lender was a nightmare. They would not respond to inquiries for days on end, they put in wrong information in our loan application. On the other hand Greta was extremely helpful, would reply back immediately even when she was off work, and was over all a real joy to work with.
