I do not even know where to start with this wonderful man "Michael Wagner." This wonderful man held my hand through every step of my home buying, experience, and process. Matt and his team were great to work with. He took time to understand my finances in order to make the process as efficient as possible. Each step of the process was explained to me and my questions always answered promptly. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Matt.
Process was fast and easy. We received a good rate and great service. Even with the pandemic it went smoothly. Online signatures except for closing and even then it was easy. The notary came to our house, we signed and that was it.

Everything went very smoothly. Joe was great. He answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they seemed. It was our first house purchase and everything on the mortgage side of the deal went very well. Closing was quick because of the e signing as well.
In the end, convenience and cost are the most important things to me. And this was a very convenient, easy, and smooth process. And when everything was said and done the closing costs and our loan rate was more advantageous that when it started. There were some snags due to Covid but nothing that the team had any control over and they did their best to make everything as easy for us as possible. We actually did two mortgages with Jenna and will do our next one with her too.
The process was very smooth and very professional. Matt was able to take us through the process without any issues. He responds to email/phone messages very quickly. Very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. He keeps us informed of all the developments with timelines. This is the 3rd house I closed, and I would say this is the best one I had and I think you can not expect better than this.
