Yesterday we completed our 10th mortgage with Matt and Scott! The customer service is second to none when you’re working with this team. They have gone above and beyond every time to make sure that we get the very best rates and very lowest closing costs possible. They can definitely get you the lowest rates around and provide the best service at the same time.
Can’t say enough about Shawn and his team. The over communication and weekly check ins from Shawn and / or the are something that makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. Not only do they follow up through the process weekly, they check in on you multiple times after everything has been finalized.

2nd property purchase. All went almost fully smoothly. Only thing was I wish it was reccomended to use a POA instead or mail out for signing for out of state and military buyers. I would recommend the team as a lender.
We have worked with and trusted Joseph Jones for mortgages on several properties. We would recommend using him for any loan type ( VA, second-home, investment, construction, etc.) . He is very knowledgeable, always friendly, and will assist with questions and recommendations on mortgage options.
