We've worked with Alex previously and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is the reason we "followed" him over to Guaranteed Rate when we wanted to refi our existing mortgage. The process for refinancing through Guaranteed Rate was seamless and took us less than one month from initiation to close. GR was a company i like alot petya helped me alot i refinanced the property because of how she help me buy my new place last year I had a family member help me buy the house i refinanced with petya that should say how i liked her instead of family

Tracy is absolutely fantastic. We are first-time home buyers and she made the process super easy and smooth. She was incredibly available and responsive, and was patient in explaining everything. She clearly knows her way around numbers and can work her magic. The folks at Guaranteed Rate that she works with have all been good as well, with everything done on a timely manner. You don't need another loan officer than Tracy! Highly recommended!
