Jonas was a great lender to work with! Anytime I called or texted with a question he was quick to respond. The entire process from application to close was incredibly fast. Matt and the entire NFM team are extremely knowledgeable and will help step you through the whole process!! Not only did Matt stay in touch throughout the whole process but he made sure to explain in detail what he was doing and why it was being done. Often times buying a home can feel like the lender is speaking a foreign language but with Matt he always made sure we understood what he was doing. Cathy and her team is amazing! Being first time home buyers, we are not really familiar with anything about the loan process but Cathy made sure that she's there every step of the way. Jason and his team put together a mortgage (great rate and low fees!) in a matter of days when conventional banks would not touch us (great credit/retired/no income/living off savings) and we had all but given up.
