Marc was fantastic from start to finish. This is a daunting and confusing process, and Marc talked me through every step of the way, explaining what was happening and what was coming next. He was easy to get in touch with, via text, phone call, or email, and prompt in replying. Noy was great to work with and was always available to answer questions no matter what time of day it was. She helped my husband and I refinance our home currently and watched the market to get me locked in at the right time. Jodi and her team are very responsible and responsive. Anytime when I text them or call them, they will always respond. I had very good user experience with the team when I did my refinance recently. I have searching for homes for well over 7 years now and have had a few lenders. Very diligent and thorough lending officer. When applying to mortgage it is very important to know you will receive the response in a timely manner and all the documents are properly checked and uploaded.
