This is the second time that we have used Mark and I would consider him more of a trusty advisor more than anything else. Mark has always been very transparent and encouraging for us through our purchase and now refinance. He is the kind of person you want to be helping you with life’s major transactions. My partner and I refinanced our home with Guaranteed Rate. We got our original loan through Grate as well. I was much more hyper the first time around and Steve was a good sport, calling me back on a Friday night after some dramatic turn of mortgage events. The second time around the process was extremely easy and when it was all done I was amazed at how little hassle I'd endured. Great job, G-Rate.
