This is my second mortgage with Dan and his team at Guaranteed Rate. First was a 30 year fixed mortgage the second a refinance of that first mortgage. Dan is the most responsive and professional mortgage lender I have ever used in 40 years of a utility career and 16 homes in total. Will was an enormous asset to me in a complicated time in my life. I had changed jobs within the past 30 days with a significant change in income.
