We started an exciting journey with guidance. Specially I want to thank brother Nabil Maataoui. He is super helpful from the beginning. He helped me in every step from pre approval to the closing. I recently had the privilege of working with Nabil Maataou​i from Guidance Residential. I'd read and heard all sorts of horror stories about the loan process, particularly in terms of how frustrating underwriting can be and how lender delays can prevent buyers (and sellers) from closing deals on time.
