Great Customer Services
Very smooth and great experience overall with Guidance. Abdellatif Aitelfqih did an AMAZING job explaining the process and providing the right information throughout the whole process till the closing. He is very responsive, communicative, transparent and organized. Since this was our first home, we had lots of questions, and Abdellatif was always available to answer them. Really, we couldn't have asked for more :)

I feel truly blessed that I found and worked with Guidance. My Account Manager was Salim Soumbounou. I was a first-time homebuyer and knew little about the whole process. He guided me through it and advised me in the most honest way. I also had brief interactions with Zeeshan Qadri and can, very confidently, say that these guys are the best.
