Recently bought and sold through guidance residential. The process was nerve racking and anxiety filled. The silver lining was our representative Nabil Maataoui who was always a phone call away and heard and help resolve our concerns. This is my first time looking for a house and I was really confused with the tons of information and things I need to consider but when I called guidance and talked to Nabil Maataoui he made everything easy for me, any kind of questions and helped I needed he was ready and available to provide all kind of support.
