I’ve purchases my first home through Guidance in 2010. Nabil Maataoui, recently helped me refi my existing home with a much lower rate and also helped me purchasing towards my second home. Nabil has been very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. He’s an expert in his field, stays on top of it all, and makes everything go smoothly. Alhamdulillah. closed in 45 days as Promised. #omarjasser made this happend. I'm glad I made the right decision with Guidance Res as my Mortage lender.. They know what they are doing. I strongly suggest working with brother Omar and his manager brother #Abdessamad Melbourne. They were ahead of the process. Not to mention he negotiated with the Title company and tried to save as much as he can and made the process easy.
