Alhamdulillah. closed in 45 days as Promised. #omarjasser made this happend. I'm glad I made the right decision with Guidance Res as my Mortage lender.. They know what they are doing. I strongly suggest working with brother Omar and his manager brother #Abdessamad Melbourne. They were ahead of the process. Not to mention he negotiated with the Title company and tried to save as much as he can and made the process easy.
