I purchased my first home through Guidance in 2020 and also re-financed a year later in 2021. I worked with Nabil Maataoui throughout both processes and he was an absolute joy to work with. He helped us immensely since it was our first time buying. He explained every detail and answered every question. He was consistently working to get us the best deal.

We are so glad Alhamdulellah to buy our first house with guidance. Process were very smooth and fast. We worked with Nabil Maataoui, and I really appreciate his great help. He was very prompt and reachable whenever you need his help. Specially in our case, we needed to close in a very tight time, and Nabil successfully finished everything on time. It was a great pleasure to work with Nabil Maataoui and Guidance to purchase my new home. Nabil is knowledgeable, efficient, flexible, personable, kind (to mention few of his qualities), and a great pleasure to work with.
