Omar Jasser was amazing to deal with. He made the process very seamless. He is very quick to respond and gets things done when they need to be. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I would strongly recommend going with him trust me you won’t regret it.

Alhamdulillah. closed in 45 days as Promised. #omarjasser made this happend. I'm glad I made the right decision with Guidance Res as my Mortage lender.. They know what they are doing. I strongly suggest working with brother Omar and his manager brother #Abdessamad Melbourne. They were ahead of the process. Not to mention he negotiated with the Title company and tried to save as much as he can and made the process easy.

I worked with brother Omar Jaffer on my home refinance. He helped me with getting lower APR % and also save money with Title company.

Had a great experience with guidance residential for first time home buying and again with refinancing. Zeeshan Qadri was very helpful and his prompt responses were very much appreciated.

I’ve purchased my current home back in 2014 and financed it through Guidance with the help of Nabil Maataoui. Recently, Nabil helped me again refi my existing home with a much lower rate. Nabil has been very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. He’s an expert in his field, stays on top of it all, and makes everything go smoothly. I always recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you for the great rate Nabil!

I had an excellent experience with Guidance, specifically with Nabil Maataoui (in Massachusetts). I’ve interacted with other lenders and their representatives, and Nabil is undeniably the best. Highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or refinancing.

I tried to refinance my house on a number of occasions, but decided to finally pull the trigger with all of the help Omar Jasser was able to provide me. He made the process incredibly easy, talked through any questions I had, and was available every step of the way. He was never forceful, and always looked out for my best interest. I strongly recommend Guidance Residential, and specifically Omar Jasser. Thank you for such a splendid experience!
