Doctor Z is awesome. His surgery scheduler was rude. 2/8/24 I called in to reschedule my son for wisdom teeth extraction. We had to cancel in February because the morning of his appointment he had a fever. She was so rude about the 150 prepay to reschedule. Definitely not the money but the attitude was uncalled for. She talked to me like it was my fault he had a fever and we had to reschedule. Attempt to speak with the manager before posting this review was unsuccessful. Everyone there from doctor to front office staff made me feel comfortable with this office and happy that they will be the ones to take care of me with extractions and denture fitting. Was referred there by another patient who really liked them and spoke highly of them
Very nice and professional. The staff makes their patients feel very comfortable and prepared for their procedures.Dr. Zakkak makes you feel like family, kind and cares about his patients. In addition, he is very informative with diagnoses and procedures.
Where do I begin. I came in as an out of state, completely new face and new patient. I was suffering. Double abscess. I couldn't, even in retrospect, have asked to be treated more kindly, thoughtfully, and competently. I came in a stranger in pain. I left feeling brand new and like I'd been a patient for years.
Dr.Zakkak and his entire staff made me feel at ease right away!
