These are my 4th hearing aide over 20 years. Hearing is really bad without them. The last ones I had were from Costco and were just so-so. The earpiece is a one size fits all and I had to constantly push them in for full sound, would wiggle out just a little, enough to not get the full sound. The service aspect was TERRIBLE. If I needed an adjustment after initial contacts, they would be out two to three weeks to see an audiologist which to me was totally unacceptable if I had a problem that would occur as they do.
