My new hearing aids arrived up north just before I came to Sarasota. No time to adjust them. Dr. Mark was kind enough to adjust the volume for me and to teach me about all the many features that were unfamiliar to me. In my upper 80's it took me a while to learn the new things but he was infinitely patient and even printed out several pages of instructions for me to take home. As a brand new client I am totally grateful that he took the time to do all this. Love this office.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Emily and Abby at Gulf Gate Hearing and they are wonderful!! Abby greets you with a smile when entering their suite, and Emily "knows her stuff" and is amazing! I put off getting hearing aids for a multitude of reasons.... how they would look, if they would be annoying with echoing and static, but now I wish I would have done it sooner. It's a pleasure to work with Mark at Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center. He is knowledgeable, patient, and very generous with his time. Mark is not a salesman for a particular brand of hearing aids, but instead has a customer service focus, working to improve the effectiveness of the hearing aids you have or help you identify what type and brand might be best for you if new aids are needed. Finally! Being someone who has worn hearing aids for years, I cannot begin to show my gratitude for this group…from the moment you walk in, until you are completely happy with your product, to the follow up visit to make sure all is good with the hearing aids. Awesome experience, Emily, my specialist went out of her way to welcome me, the first time I walked into the bright clean cheerful office. I made an appointment for the following week, again I was made to feel I was the most important person that day, too. The warm smile of Abbi, the gal that greeted me at the front door was really professional, helpful and nice, too. I can't say I was thrilled to have to consider hearing aids at 58, but I could not be more pleased with the experience Dr. Mark Rohmann is a great guy. His staff and Abby at the front is very thorough and nice. Initially, he explained the process very relaxed and friendly. Even had a few laughs about how I thought I lost my hearing. I had a great experience at Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center. Emily my Hearing Aid Specialist is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She serviced and recalibrated my hearing aids that I had purchased in another state around three years ago that were way out of calibration. She also replaced critical parts to optimize hearing.
