Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The technician was extremely helpful in resolving our issue with excessive iron in our water. The office staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. Weve used Guthrie & Frey for years and highly recommend them.

Ryan *just finished the install of our new water softener and iron filter. He was great to work with. He cleaned up the mess of piping we had with our old system, let us know about what all the pipes were and what was all getting the filtered water, walked us through everything he did, and answered all the water questions we had even ones not concerning the new units. Highly recommend!
