I am somewhat suspicious of a company with frequent advertising and promotion, but in Godfrey and Frey's case their service was as good as their advertisements. Good people, timely service, reliable product; I could not ask for more in a vendor.

Caleb Grimm recently serviced my iron curtain (first time serviced) and was excellent. He explained each step and it's associated cost, getting my authorization prior to going forward. Very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommended!

Our village recently had a water warning for PFAS. We decided to get a filtration system and new softener, and in searching found Guthrie and Frey. When Craig came to test our water and walk us through the filtration system, we knew we'd chosen well. He stays on top of local water reports. He knew the excess minerals our community has and explained about PFAS and how the system would help us. He explained the water test outcome and walked us through the filtration fees. We have our R.O. system serviced annually. Everyone from from G&F in the past has been courteous and very pleasant to deal with and we have referred G&F to our neighbors and friends. I am taking out a minute to write about Caleb who serviced out system. He called prior to coming over, and arrived early. Not only did he get right to work on our R.O system, he also took a phone call to address an issue with another customer while doing so and addressed our issues and answered our questions as well. We had a great experience today with the salt service. The employee was very friendly, COVID conscious and gave plenty of time to inform us of when he was coming and when to expect them. I highly would recommend this service!

Had Andrew for service call and RO filter change out. He was courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was very fine representative of his craft. All my experience with Guthrie and Frey has been highly satisfying. They are good people from office to the field installation workers.
