All service was explained well and installation was well done. It's great to have clean drinking water.
Great at every point from our first phone call to installation. Everything went smoothly and on time as promised. We even plan to use their salt delivery service. Cannot say enough good things about them.

I rate them 5 stars. They were very courteous and helpful. The service man was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took care of the maintenance of the water system and discovered that the well pressure was low, so I got the well company out . Right now they are doing an air lift to clean out the sediment and installing new well. I will gladly recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.Thank you

Guthrie and Frey has serviced our water softener for the last 4 years after install. They are very professional, respectful and conscientious. They showed up on time and called before hand to alert us they were on the way. Did a great job explaining everything and doing the service promptly.
