We have been customers of Guthrie & Frey for over 20 years. G&F installed our RO system, Iron Curtain and water softener in 1998 and they have done all the maintenance and water quality testing over the years. The techs are always friendly and informative. We are very pleased with the service we receive.

Been using G&F for several years now. They stand behind their products should a new unit fail and the staff and techs are always knowledgeable and courteous. Been using them since 2013 for 2 separate properties, one personal and one rental.

Technician was friendly, courteous and answered our questions well. Polite regarding covid19 concerns, of which we had none. Explained the reason for our constant flow in the overflow piping and replaced the filter/seal. All is well and normal now.

Did a great job coordinating our installation in a timely manner and then was able to adjust and additional services with no issues. Always pleasant when I spoke to Craig and did a great job of instructing his crew on what was to be done. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I recently had Guthrie & Frey out to install a new iron curtain and a R/O system for my ice maker. The two technicians who came out to do the install were on time (calling just before arriving), polite and friendly. They were more than happy to answer all the questions I had for them, they were respectful of my property and seemed to be very efficient in their work. I was very happy with everything done.

Matthew and Shannon refreshed my Reverse Osmosis system efficiently and expeditiously. Matthew also brought with him 3 options for the change of the R/O spigot, which I appreciated. They brought in the 2 80 lb. bags of salt and put them in the water softener. The best thing, though, was how cheery and personable both of them were. We were their last stop of the day, and they took time to be sure everything was just as we wanted it.
