Scott was very professional, knowlegable, courteous and took time to answer my questions. The turn around time from placing the order to when the product was installed was just a few days. A very positive experience, the technician called to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He checked our softener and gave it a tuneup. We haven’t had any problems since.

Very professional first service call. Thoughtfully explained options and costs for iron filter and softening replacements. Repair was made on that same trip for water softener. Different service professional came a week later to move equipment (code changes for electrical) and make plumbing changes. Old equipment was removed. He carefully explained the two systems and left the mechanical room in very clean condition. Both gentlemen were very observant of COVID guidelines. Ginny West Bend
