Unfortunately I need to change my initial opinion of this company. The workers were excellent and they did show up on time. But we had specifically requested that if any extensive damage was found on the roof that we be notified first to at least let us know that there was more damage than expected. We were never told that they had put 20 new sheets of wood on the roof at $65 a sheet! The markup is absolutely outrageous and now we are stuck with an exorbitant bill. Having some roof issues....leaking and the roof is only 11 years old. Not storm damaged. any how asked to schedule an appointment since they offer free quotes. Called us back and told us they would come out but it would be $150. How is that free?

Worst experience with a business in my life. Was treated like a second class citizen. Shorty work. Used Long nails so they stick thru and can seriously get hurt.

I have never had any contact with guy roofing because its hard to get find out how good they are because they never show up to give the estimate. I have called them several times and they make a appointment and then no show not even a phone call to cancel maybe they are just too big for themselves I live less than 6 miles from their company in Spartanburg but still they wont come same thing with my company we had to hire another company to do a 30 grand job sorry GUYS maybe you should keep your appointments before you are ou... read more

We contacted Guy Roofing in October 2016 to remove flashing on both of our chimneys, install new flashing and seal all creases and nail holes etc ($1680.00). I was not impressed with the guys that showed up being in a hurry but they completed the job in an hour or so. As of right now, we have a leak around each chimney-not good! We decided to contact a local company to look at it and the flashing wasn't done correctly to begin with now we have to get the same work done again a little over a year later, this should not happen... read more

They will tell you what you want need to hear but fall short on execution. Stay away from this company. Awful customer service, sleezy salesman with one liner broken promises and lack of communication with customers. Do not trust this company. Left materials everywhere at my house including a full pallet of shingles and nails everywhere. It's been 1 month and materials are still everywhere. If you have any roofing needs, please stay away from this company. You will thank me for reading this.
