Associates were extremely professional and very nice. The work was done in a timely manner and clean up was excellent.
These guys are great! They did a fabulous job. Perfect installation. Repaired all leak-damaged sheeting around the chimney and did an expert flashing job. Great clean up. Worked 14 hours straight to finish the job.
The crew arrived before 7 in the morning and only took about a 30 minute break. They finished about 6:30 pm, then cleaned up everything. The TV satellite receiver was placed back on the roof, with only a few hours without TV reception! A rep came by to check on the crew, and the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend them!
We had the best experience with Guy Roofing. Very professional from beginning to end. Our sales rep Nathan Huszar was the best ever. He was so easy to deal with and walked us through the whole process from insurance to install day. He was not pushy and went above and beyond to make this easy for us. The work crew was great- they took such good care of things around our house that we did not think to move prior to the roof being installed. We highly recommend Guy Roofing. More importantly, Nathan Huszar, our sales rep. He was great! He wasn't pushy. He didn't try to take advantage of us. Just very knowledgeable. Not only did Nathan educate us on our roof, he also taught us a few things about homeowners insurance, which was nice. Example: Who knew they declared our zip code (29681) a catastrophe area (hail) and that's why our insurance went up the last two years. He even helped us file the claim!
